I ran almost 7K. Not super far, but I have a race next Sunday (1/2 Marathon), so that's fine. Besides, I was taken aback by the beauty, solitude and freshness. I had to keep stopping to admire it.

Congratulations on 2 great ironman races. I did ironman Florida 3 years ago and have had trouble running since then because of hip problems. I recently read a great book called Chi Running. I'm encouraged that with proper form and increasing my mileage slowly I can do another ironman. Your pictures were very impressive. WOW what a change. You are a beautiful woman inside AND out. Keep up the good work.
