I am La. Like many people, I struggle with my weight. So far that hasn't stopped me from running marathons and doing the Ironman triathlon (three times!).

- Starting weight: 235 (Oct/96) Lowest weight since: 156.4 (Apr/08) Current weight: 162-ish. Just trying to get along in life and be happy. So far, so good. I'm in my mid forties, single. I'm a bit of a jock and not much of a girlie girl. But I do love brightly coloured toenails!

Mine has been doing the same thing for about 2 weeks now. I can't seem to fix it. I may just scrape the template and start over. If you figure it out, let me know :)
I love your blog La, although I haven't kept up with it lately.
The pictures you embed in the blog (the labrador one I'm sure) can take up too much width and send the sidebar to the bottom (it happens to me). Either resize the picture so that it is narrower, or eventually it will drop off whe you reach your number of posts per page.
I feel cold here in Canberra and it's 30*C (86*F) . . . I don''t envy your run through Toronto in speedos! Love your new baby though - she's bootiful!
